How to manage Connected Devices on your Tunnexa account

Connected Devices lists the phones and tablets signed in to your Tunnexa account. Open Account › Connected Devices to see them, and tap the remove icon next to one to sign it out. That is also how you clear a "Connection limit reached" message.

  • For signed-in accounts
  • Remove a device in two taps

When you sign in to Tunnexa on a phone or tablet, it joins your account. Connected Devices shows that list, so you can spot an old phone you sold or a tablet you no longer use and sign it out.

Open Connected Devices

You need to be signed in. Then use either route:

  • tap Account, the person icon at the right of the bottom bar, then Connected Devices
  • open Settings, tap your email address at the top, then Connected Devices

The row’s subtitle reads “Check which devices are connected to your plan”.

What the list shows

Each device gets a card with its name or model, such as a phone model, and a city and country underneath. The location is an estimate from the IP address the device registered from, so it can be a nearby city rather than the exact one. If we can’t estimate it, the card says “Location unknown”.

The phone you’re holding is tagged This device.

Remove a device

  1. Find the device in the list and tap the remove icon on the right of its card.
  2. Tunnexa asks to confirm, for example “Remove Pixel 8?”, and explains that the device is signed out of your account and needs to sign in again.
  3. Tap Remove.

On that device, features that need an account lock until someone signs in again. Anyone who still has access to your email, Google or Apple account could sign back in, so secure that account first if a device was lost or stolen.

You can’t remove This device from the list. To take the phone you’re holding off your account, go to Account and tap Sign out.

“Connection limit reached”

An account can be connected on a limited number of devices at the same time. If you go over it, Tunnexa shows “Connection limit reached” with a short explanation and a list headed Connected now. Each entry shows the device, its protocol and how long ago it reported in.

You have two ways out:

  • Disconnect Tunnexa on one of the other devices, then connect here again.
  • Tap Manage devices to open Connected Devices and remove one you’re not using.

Tap OK to close the message without changing anything. Our Terms of Service explain the limit.

What we keep about your devices

For each device, the account holds its brand, model, Android version and that estimated city and country. To apply the connection limit, our server also keeps the device’s last connect time, last stop time and protocol. Each report replaces the one before, so it never builds into a connection history.

We don’t keep your browsing history, traffic or DNS queries. The no-logs policy has the full list.
